Midwife Kinga Niećko | MATERNIVA
I am a midwife who believes that pregnancy, birth, and the first weeks with a baby can be peaceful and deeply beautiful experiences — when parents receive the support they truly need: empathy, knowledge, time, clear explanations, and a sense of safety.
For many years, I have supported pregnant women and postpartum families through home visits, online consultations, parent education, and in-office care. I combine emotional presence with solid, evidence-based medical knowledge. All my decisions are guided by current medical recommendations, and every visit is calm, unhurried, and attuned to the unique rhythm of each family.
My greatest passion is holistic perinatal care — from the early weeks of pregnancy, through preparation for birth, to the first days with your baby. I understand that parenthood is not only about medical care, but also about emotions, closeness, fatigue, uncertainty, and an overwhelming amount of love. That is why during each visit I not only assess and examine, but also explain, reassure, educate, and provide practical tools that help parents feel confident and supported from the very beginning.
What sets my care apart is the ability to combine:
-
professional midwifery care
-
pregnancy ultrasound examinations
-
parent education in the comfort of your home
-
postnatal home visits
-
practical guidance in feeding and newborn care
-
online and telephone consultations
This continuity allows parents to receive comprehensive, calm, and professional care in one place — without the need to seek multiple specialists.
I deeply respect how sensitive the first hours and weeks after birth are. This is a time filled with intense emotions, when even small guidance can make a meaningful difference. During home visits, I am fully present — I listen, observe, answer questions, and take the time each family needs. I help parents understand their newborn’s behavior, support breastfeeding, monitor early development, and build confidence in their new role.
I value education that is practical, supportive, and reassuring. I do not focus on theory alone — I show you how to care for your newborn in everyday life: how to bathe, feed, and soothe your baby, how to recognize their needs, and how to support healthy development from the very first days.
If you are pregnant, preparing for birth, breastfeeding, in the early days after delivery, or simply seeking professional and empathetic support — I am here for you.
Materniva — where knowledge, practice, and care come together.
